TELL US ABOUT YOUR ROLE

My role as Director of People & Culture is all about creating an environment where people can excel, responsible to plan, develop, directing, leading, and implementing the work policies, and carrying out activities in human resources or any other department inside an organisation.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT TGS

The fact that we are on a trajectory which will see the business transform and blossom into an even better place to work excites me.

ALL-TIME DREAM?

When I come to retirement, my all time dream is to relocate to Spain and see out my days enjoying the sun and living a humble life.

GUILTY PLEASURE?

I do enjoy a full English breakfast and you will often find me most Sunday mornings 'taking the dog for an extended walk' with us ending up in the Whistlestop Café enjoying what they call 'The Full Monty'.
